Not yet. We will provide you with your case number once your case is filed. Your case is not filed until we are done drafting, you have reviewed the paperwork with your attorney, and you have signed the paperwork. You are almost there. Hold tight!

We will review all of the information and documentation while drafting your paperwork. We may request additional information and documentation.

For most cases, our goal is to have your paperwork prepared, reviewed, signed, and filed within 30 days. For more complicated cases, we will have discussed with you an expected timeline.

Schedule a phone call with our team members or send a detailed email with a list of your questions and concerns.
If you call at an unscheduled time, please make sure to leave a voicemail, providing a reason for your call.

Once we are done drafting your bankruptcy paperwork, we will send you a copy and schedule a Zoom video call to review the paperwork with you. At that time, we will finalize the paperwork and upload it for you to sign so that we can file it with the court electronically.
