Electronically. We do not accept information or documentation provided in paper form. Please do not mail us anything. All documentation must be provided via FileInvite. If you only have paper copies, you must scan them and provide them to us electronically.

Schedule a phone call with our team members or send a detailed email with a list of your questions and concerns.
If you call at an unscheduled time, please make sure to leave a voicemail, providing a reason for your call.

Not yet. We will provide you with your case number once your case is filed. Your case is not filed until we are done drafting, you have reviewed the paperwork with your attorney, and you have signed the paperwork. You are almost there. Hold tight!

Yes, you are required to list all of your creditors, including family members and friends that you owe money to.

Yes, you are required to list all of your assets when you file for bankruptcy.

Yes, we do not start drafting your bankruptcy until you have provided all of the requested information.
We only request information and documentation that is required for the drafting of your paperwork.

The next phase is drafting your bankruptcy paperwork, which we start only after we have received all requested information and documentation.
Once we have reviewed all of the information and documentation, we will let you know if there is anything missing. If there is, we will follow up with you.
If you have provided everything, then we will move on to drafting your case. You will be notified when we have started drafting your case.
